Built from world-class materials, our camera equipments are designed to last for many years. They are covered by our international warranty and, beyond warranty, by our repair service. Free software updates are included with all our products.

2 year warranty

All our products are covered by our 2-year international warranty. We replace, repair or service any product which shows faults in manufacturing or in assembly free of charge. Products from other suppliers (for example lenses, computers, etc.) come with warranty terms that may be different.

Did your equipment get damaged? Does your Seitz Roundshot gear require some maintenance? Our repair service team will be glad to assist.

As remote diagnostics are often difficult, please send us the equipment to our factory for check-up and diagnosis. We will then send you a cost estimate. We even repair Roundshot cameras that have been used in the field for 20 years or more!


returns

When sending us Seitz Roundshot equipment, please add a pro-forma invoice to your shipment. The shipment needs to clear Swiss customs, this is why proper documentation is required.

After specifying the contents of the package (product), please add the following:

"equipment returned for repair/service/upgrade - value for customs purposes only - no commercial value".

free software updates

 

To protect the value of our customers' equipment not only in hardware, we offer free lifetime software updates for all our products through our "Club".

After registering the product with us, we provide a Club member name and password.

As soon as a software update is available for download, we send out a newsletter together with the release notes of the new software version.
