International 2-year warranty by Seitz

  • Under this warranty, we will replace, repair, or maintain, free of charge, any product affected by manufacturing or assembly defects
  • Devices from other suppliers (e.g. lenses, computers, etc.) have separate warranty provisions.

Repair service

  • As a manufacturer with close ties to major hardware and software suppliers - mostly in Switzerland - we can repair and maintain your Roundshot equipment for many years.
  • Since remote diagnostics are often difficult, we ask that you send us your equipment for a check and diagnosis. We will then send you our cost estimate.

 

Returns for repair

Please use our template (pro-forma invoice):

  • If you send us your equipment, please enclose a pro-forma invoice with the shipment and declare the equipment with an adequate pro-forma value (for example CHF 100 - 500). The delivery passes through Swiss customs, therefore correct customs documents are required.
     
  • Next to the description of the package contents, please add the following:

    "Equipment return to manufacturer for repair/service/upgrade - value for customs purposes only - no commercial value".
     

    If the products are Seitz Roundshot products, please always declare Swiss origin:

    "The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of Swiss preferential origin."

  • Important: Sign all copies of the pro-forma invoice by hand (not electronically).
     
  • On request, we can also have the shipment picked up from you by a courier service.
